During a home inspection even a certified home inspector cannot see through walls, see into the ground, access areas that are too small or too dangerous for the home inspector to enter. We will inspect your home from top to bottom (as if we knew that "60 Minutes" was secretly filming us) and inspect up to 1600 individual items. An average size home will take about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2  hours to inspect and the report you receive at the conclusion of the inspection (YOU NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE REPORT) will give you an excellent evaluation of your new home.
